Return Policy

Time window

• You may return an order if you receive something different, damaged, or defective — as long as you start the process within 48 hours of delivery.

How to request a return

• Email support@softdrip.in with your order details and photos if something's off. We'll guide you from there.
• Keep original packaging, labels, and tags untouched— tampered goods can't go through returns.

Payment — prepaid (card / UPI / netbanking)

After we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund in 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Banks often need an extra 2–3 business days before it shows in your account.

Payment — Cash on Delivery

Once the return clears our check, we'll process your refund via UPI transfer. Our team will contact you to collect your UPI ID, and the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

We can't accept a return if…

• The product was damaged from misuse or overuse.
• It's sent back without original packaging — price tags, labels, polybags, the works.
• The product is used, washed, or altered.
• The request lands after 48 hours from delivery.
• The returned pair fails our quality check at the warehouse.
